Board-certified internal medicine physician Farah Khan, MD, FACP, brings more than 20 years of experience in the diagnosis and prevention of adult diseases to Millennium Park Medical Associates with a convenient location in the heart of the Loop on Michigan Avenue in Chicago.
Dr. Khan began her professional pursuits at Benedictine University in Lisle, Illinois, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in biology and a Bachelor of Arts in psychology. She subsequently enrolled at Ross University in Illinois, where she obtained her Doctor of Medicine, ranking in the top of her class.
Following graduation, Dr. Khan completed an internship and residency in internal medicine at AMITA Health Saint Joseph Hospital Chicago, affiliated with Northwestern University's Feinberg School of Medicine. In 2002, she received the prestigious FACP designation from the American College of Physicians.
Dr. Khan proudly holds membership in the American College of Physicians and the American Medical Association. She's also on staff at Rush University Medical Center, Advocate Illinois Medical Center, and Presence St. Joseph Hospital, all in Chicago.
Dr. Khan loves getting to know her patients and developing custom care plans that encourage health, well-being, and vitality. She works to understand each individual's unique goals, tailoring treatment to ease uncomfortable symptoms and improve their quality of life.
Outside the office, Dr. Khan regularly teaches medical students and residents. She's an assistant professor in the department of medicine at Rush Medical College, where she instructs first and second-year students.
