Gabriela Gomes

Gabriela Gomes is a licensed Advanced Nurse Practitioner specializing in Family Medicine in the state of Illinois. Graduating from the University of San Francisco, she has served as a Registered Nurse and ICU nurse for the past 5 years before finishing her Master’s Degree in Family Nurse Practice with Loyola University in Chicago. 

Gabriela Gomes is fluent in english and spanish and has grown her career with Millennium Park Medical Associates. As a nurse practitioner, Gabriela feels it is very fulfilling to not only follow but be a part of a patient’s journey to better health and wellness.
